EVRY identified a government primary school in the neighborhood that genuinely required infrastructure support. A few employees of EVRY visited the school, made observations and met the staff of the school. Their visit clearly underlined the need for electrical wiring in the classrooms. In order to find out the feasibility and cost of providing this, EVRY’s electricians also visited the school. To raise the funds, EVRY organized an interesting and a very successful "Taare Zameen Par" painting competition, where children of EVRY’s employees participated. Later, an exhibition was organized and the paintings were auctioned to parents to raise the funds.
