Striking a balance between personal life and career goals is difficult. That’s why we have included “life” as an essential component in EVRY’s work culture. To achieve this objective many of our work-life initiatives have happiness and health as the essential components while employees are progressing in their career.
Learning and self-development precedes success. A well established, comprehensive and free Learning and Development (LAD) program helps all our employees to stay up-to-date with the latest on the technology, domain and business front. These includes both on-the-job training and off-the-job training, conducted as traditional classroom training, Computer-Based Training (CBT) or even Web-Based Training (WBT) based on the requirement.
Throughout the year many fun activities are conducted – cricket matches, table tennis tournament, annual get together, talent shows, team outings, festival celebrations and contests. Smiles on our employees’ faces apart, these activities also help in managing stress. What’s more, happy employees = happy customers!
Employee health is crucial. Because when you are healthy, you are happy. To help our employees, enjoy good health, we regularly arrange on-site free General Physician’s consultation, basic health check-ups, diabetes camp, health talk on stress management and relaxation techniques, issue important health advisories and distribute oral health newsletters. EVRY India provides free medical insurance for employee, spouse and two children.
